Hi! My name is Dee, and welcome to our website – It’s lovely to meet you!
I have always loved flowers and being a florist was my dream job. I’m a happy-go-lucky natured person and always dreamt of a job where I could put a smile on people’s faces and bringing flowers and gifts to people was the obvious choice.
Brilliant Buds was established in May 2016, we are a small home-based florist specialising in creating bespoke fresh and dried floral bouquets, arrangements and gifts. Our flowers and gifts reflect our personality – bright and cheery, but we are very flexible in our style and can adapt to whatever you or the receiver’s taste or mood may be.
To ensure our products are received to the highest standard, we personally deliver all our orders, not exceeding a 20km radius from our home base in Redhead, focussing mainly on South Newcastle and East Lake Macquarie areas. However, we are prepared to travel further abroad for weddings, events and custom design work.
Our Services
To ensure your order is of the highest quality, all our gift boxes, fresh flower arrangements and bouquets are made to order, with our flowers being sourced daily from a local wholesaler. Catering for personal and corporate customers we are flexible in budget and creativity – choose from our online shop or contact us with your ideas. As all our fresh bouquets and arrangements are made to order, our minimum flower spend is $70 plus delivery if we are not busy. If we are busy, we are able to make up smaller value bouquets, so always check!
We offer a complimentary “peace of mind” service – we photograph all our work and will text or email you images of your order once it’s been delivered so you know:
- We made what you ordered
- Your recipient received it and/or;
- It was delivered to the right address!
